Mar Vista Bike Party Recap

Last week the Art Department in Mar Vista played host to an awesome little cycling soiree, and we had a blast! 

People from all over LA dropped in to enjoy drinks, music, and get all of their bikiest questions answered by the team.

We tackled a bit of everything with questions on bike security in the big city, picking the right gearing for your terrain, changing a flat on the fly, and narrowing down all those different bike styles to the one that's perfect for you.

Global Vodka hooked the event up with plenty of imbibeables and Phil kept everyone's glasses topped off with his signature "Apres Bike" cocktails.

The night wrapped up with a raffle for bikes, parts, and accessories, and we were overwhelmed with requests for more so we took orders on the fly and had them shipped out by morning (yay 21st century!).

We'll definitely be doing it again, so start writing down your questions now and swing by on the day! Bring a thirst for knowledge (and a regular thirst too) and we'll look forward to another communal quenching!
