You read every single comment? I've sent 3 e-mails to support team and have received one response to date. Your return policy is shady at best (you offer a $50 up-charge for in-store assembly, but don't let your consumers know that the assembly will nullify their return), and the color of the bike I purchased is misrepresented on your site.
