because there were parts that did not fit even though they were recommended to with each other and an arm that came with my chainring had two small cracks. the quality of the customer service was great and the parts look cool but the quality is something to be ashamed of. also fix seatpost i bought on your site did not fit very well into the fix frame i bought from you.
