Shipping was fast, website was good. Would love an option to customize with different color grips, seats, etc. That would make it great. Frame had a few paint dings, and rear end had to be tightened up and adjusted; bike shop guy didn't notice that which made for awkward return to finish. Since rear was attached, he figured it was already tuned. End of the day, wife loves the bike, and I am happy. Delta between 8 and 10 is outlined above.
