I like the products, don't get me wrong, but the service is why I gave the rating I did. First, I ordered a product that ended up being unavailable. I understand this happens, and its no biggy, but It took almost two weeks to get the email informing me of this. So I emailed after a week of waiting, inquiring about my order. This brings me to my second (and the most important reason for my rating) the response email that was sent to me explaining the delay explained that there was an issue in my payment, so the order was cancelled. The same day I received the auto-generated like email explaining that the product was currently unavailable. I had two items in my order, but the full order was cancelled. My main issue is with the reply to inquiry, basically blaming my payment source as the reason for the cancellation. I find that very unprofessional and insulting. I definitely didn't feel like a valued customer.
