When buying the bike, it felt like the assembly was something that'd I'd be walked through, especially since there was a charge for having it arrive assembled. Instead there was just a link to a video on YouTube that told me to get it assembled at a bike shop, then showed me how to set up a bike that was very different than mine. It was very disappointing. Otherwise, I've been enjoying the bike.
