The description of the various fulfillment options was not clear. Even the guy at the shop wasn't clear on the options. He was great and helpful and I liked how he notified me. The image on your site does not match what I received, no rear light/reflector on the fender The overall quality of the bike is not what I expected. The fenders won't center.
