It was said that we could assemble the bike ourselves, since you did not have an installer in our area. That was not the case. One of our first order of bikes arrived damaged, and customer support did nothing to help us with the problem, except tell us to take it to a bike shop. I think the bikes, if we can get them up and running, will be nice, but it has been a painful process to get them that way, and I think your customer support team needs more of an East Coast attitude.
