I had a great experience overall. Price was right, I liked types/colors offered, and free shipping were appreciated. But have minor issues with the way the bike handles,( and my minor issues with my back tire flats(which was resolved quickly and painlessly),and not being able to replace stem screws individually knocked it down a few points.
