The bike is exactly what we were looking for, sleek, solid and light weight. But the real reason I would recommend you is your customer service is top notch. Eric was pleasant, informative, helpful, patient and kind!!!! I know we will certainly be back when it’s time to get my daughter a new bike. You guys rock!
