The bike is great quality and customer service has been top notch. I appreciated that the times that I had to call, I always spoke with Austin, he was so nice and helpful. My only complaint is that there were no instructions on how to build the bike. I even found the pure fix YouTube channel but it's so heavily focused on the fixed gear customers, barely anything for the step thru bikes. Other than that, I'm really excited to invest in this brand and see how my bike does once I'm done putting it together.
