The shop it was sent to was not very good. The employee (possibly was the owner) was not helpful and down right rude the first 3 times I went to check on the bike. When it came in it took over 24 hrs for him to look at it and determine there was a problem. Then after being told it would be ready the next day, it wasn't. I was then told I'd be called when it was ready. I didn't receive that call until the next afternoon at 3pm. I love the bike itself, but would never order another one if it was going to the same shop. The shop was Rollin Cycles in DC on 14th St NW.
