Out of the box my breaks squealed, and my freewheel gear skipped. When I filed a warranty claim, I didn't hear anything from them for over a week, I had to contact them again before they responded. Instead of covering anything I said in my claim they told me how to adjust my breaks and totally ignored the part of the claim involving the freewheel gear.
