The bike itself it very pretty and I do like it. I receive many complements on how it looks. The rating is reflective of the choice of partner you made when shipping my bike to NYC for assembly. The location was on the other side of the city, the assembly was not very good (rubbing tire on the front fender, rattling of the back fender), and because it was not close to my home, going back for adjustments just didn't make sense. Also, the rear fender had a dent in it (which I didn't notice until got home). I can't say if the dent was on the fender when it was received by the store or if they did it.
