I already made my comment clear in the email that I sent to the Support Email. I have copied and pasted the comment below. "The reason that I chose to purchase a bike from this company was because of all of the reviews that mentioned how great the customer service was. Unfortunately, I feel as though those reviews were misleading, and honestly the service has been below average and a very disappointing experience for me. Taking several days to respond to a simple question, misleading me with a promotion, it makes me wonder if you paid for those reviews or wrote them yourselves. It's safe to say that I will not be purchasing another product or recommending you to a friend."
