I love my bike, it's beautiful and comfortable and everything I wanted. However, not being able to choose the shop that assembled was a real pain. The shop you chose didn't do a great job - I've emailed extensively with them and taken it back in, only to be treated like I was imagining the sound of the piece that clips the rear brake to the fender scraping against the tire. They also promised to look into getting a replacement fender, as mine arrived dented, but they have since stopped communicating with me. I needed the bike, so I had to stop waiting and start riding it. A more reputable shop that was a little further from home would have been a better option for me.
