I was very impressed with pure cycles. They had great customer service and the product is great. The only cons are shipping was slower (1 week to get anything from time of purchase) and the videos led me to believe that I could build the bike myself and then get the warrant activated by verifying the construction at a bike shop, which is now not allowed. The videos should be altered on the website to clarify this point.
