This drop bar road bike is uncomfortable on long rides, the gearing is not good for hills and the wheels are needing to be replaced after 2 days of riding. Also you guys will not honor your component warranty or 30 day return policy. You market the bike for loading up and riding on hills- and it performs poorly for both. You also say you have the "best warranty" in the business- yet you offer no compensation. Every other bike company I know would come through for a customer like me.
