**NOTE ABOVE: I didn't use BYLT, but it required me to put in an answer. Should allow N/A. We got the Pure City Crosby and built it ourselves. I have long maintained my own bikes, so I had all the appropriate tools and had no trouble putting it together. Still, it would have been nice to include instructions. I know your legal team is probably like "if we include instructions, we're ENCOURAGING people to put it together...what a liability!" but the reality is that you should put all your legal disclaimers at the front, tell people to go to a shop, then include the instructions anyway. I saw a review photo on Amazon where the husband had installed his wife's fork backwards. That's just crazy. Include some instructions, or link to a video, or something.
