Firstly, the ordering process was fast and simple. I chose the shop assembly option and that was a breeze. The shop was quick to build it and i was on my way. The bike itself is solid going down the road. Love the steel frame. The cost was well within my budget and with a couple after market add-ons I'm safe to ride all over town.
