The bike itself seems fine, but the buying experience specifically picking it up at a local shop was quite poorly managed. The "local" bike shop selected was a twenty minute drive away (when there are 5 that are walking distance away from me). Also, apparently the bike store had no idea which pure was mine and after some discussion we figured out that it was one that they were actively trying to sell (I'm glad I picked it up before they did). Lastly I wasn't even notified that the bike was ready, I had to call the shop and ask what was happening. If you're going to offer a service like that (local pickup) please sort out those (really simple) details,it makes you look pretty disorganized as a company. To the point that I wouldn't recommend you, regardless of bike quality.
