You sent a bike with the wrong components, I tried to get it resolved for several weeks with the slowest customer service responses I've ever experienced. I was told the correct parts couldn't be sent, and now I've been trying to return it for 9 days with no response. I filled out the form and emailed some guy named Eric. I was a freaking brand ambassador before I bought the bike, now I've been staring at this disassembled bike sitting by the front door that I bought for my wife's birthday over a month ago and every day it pisses me off more. Your story and branding are amazing and for all I know your bikes are too (never put it together) but your customer service sucks.
