I asked a question regarding delivery options early in the morning on Friday and never received a response. Additionally when I made the initial request for assistance - FedEx lost the bike I ordered on June 25 and I still have not received a bike - I was told this could get taken care of on Monday. I don't understand if the company is closed on Fridays or cannot process orders on Fridays but that seemed strange. When I asked if the bike would make it to me by the following Thursday (that was the follow-up delivery question) I never received an answer. Truthfully, considering just canceling my order over the weekend and going with a different company - it is apparent that Pure Cycles doesn't care about my business or must be going under because this is not the behavior of a good company.
