I'm generally happy w/ the bike. The build seems adequate and it's a really nice ride. Some of the componentry is cheap, which I understand given the bike's price point. Where you guys could really pick it up is in communication. I paid to have my bike assembled at a local bike shop, but I was never told to which shop it would be sent or when it would be completed. I finally had to contact Pure Fix to ask where my bike was. Turns out it had been built the previous day and was ready to pick up. A bike shop employee and I commiserated about Pure Fix's poor communication. "They make good bikes, but they're a pain in the ass to deal with," he said.
