I have sent multiple emails asking for updates and shipping information/discounts and only one has been answered. The seat I wanted was out of stock unfortunately. I ordered a bike which totaled 500+ dollars and then the memorial sale (15% off) was the next day. When I asked about possibly qualifying for the deal, i got no response and still haven't. I really like the bikes and when I talked with Eric briefly, he was nice and helpful, but the whole process has been unfortunate and frustrating for me, especially given the fact that I spent so much. Still waiting on the bike I ordered over two weeks ago.
