So, Purefix, based on a picture, would refuse a return and engage in a full on dispute with a customer? This picture requirement is not effective and only proves to be inconvenient. What is a picture really going to reveal? So the people who are honest get inconvenienced and the people who are trying to cheat your company will only dispute the charge anyway. On a positive note.
