I bought a basket and the inside hardware for the neck mount that came with the basket is plastic. Upon mounting the basket brace the plastic hardware broke. Basically it's completely useless now unless I pay someone to rig it somehow, if possible. Cheap materials and accessories for such a high class bike. Very disappointed.
